Our beans are home-roasted in small, two-pound batches to ensure every roast receives the utmost care and attention. This meticulous approach results in exceptionally smooth, richly flavored coffee.

Once the desired roast level is reached and the beans have cooled, they’re taken straight from the roaster, then hand-packaged, labeled, and individually numbered.
