1. Load & Bloom
  • Add coffee to your press
  • Pour in a little hot water to saturate
  • Bloom 30 seconds
2. Fill & Steep
  • Add the rest of your water
  • Steep 4 minutes
3. Press & Pour
  • Press slowly and evenly
  • Pour immediately for best flavor
 
Pro Tip:

Don’t let coffee sit in the press. Decant it to avoid bitterness.

Pour-Over

 

Difficulty: ★★☆ (Intermediate)
Flavor Profile: Clean, bright, high clarity
Best For: Early-morning focus, strategy seekers, precision brewers

Ratio: 1:16 (25g coffee → 400g water)
Grind: Medium
Water Temp: 200°F (93°C)

 
1. Prep & Bloom
  • Rinse and preheat your filter
  • Add coffee
  • Pour a small amount of water to saturate
  • Bloom 30–45 seconds
2. Slow Spiral Pour
  • Add water in slow spirals
  • Aim for 2–3 pours total
3. Total Brew Time
  • 2:30–3:30 minutes for clean, balanced flavor
 
Pro Tip:

If the brew tastes sour → grind finer.
If it’s bitter → grind coarser.

Cold Brew

 

Difficulty: ★☆☆ (Beginner Friendly)
Flavor Profile: Smooth, low-acid, chill-mode fuel
Best For: Overnight brewing, summer sessions, all-day sipping

Ratio: 1:5 concentrate (100g coffee → 500g water)
Grind: Coarse
Water Temp: Cold or room temp.

 
1. Combine
  • Add coarse coffee to a jar or cold brew maker
  • Pour in cold water
  • Stir to fully saturate
2. Steep
  • Cover and steep 12–18 hours in the fridge
3. Strain
  • Filter out the grounds for a clean concentrate (eg. cheese cloth)
4. Serve It Up
  • Dilute 1:1 with water or milk
  • Add ice, customize, and enjoy!
 
Pro Tip:

Longer steep = stronger flavor.
Shorter steep = brighter, lighter cup.

Drip Coffee

Best For: Daily brewing, quick mornings, auto-pilot caffeine

Ratio: 1:15–1:17 (Medium strength: 1:16)
Grind: Medium
Water Temp: Machine-heated

 
1. Prep
  • Add a filter and rinse if it’s paper
  • Add your ground coffee
2. Fill & Brew
  • Add fresh water to the reservoir
  • Start the brew cycle and let it run uninterrupted
3. Serve Fresh
  • Remove the pot promptly to avoid over-heating on the burner
