Every bag is roasted to order or a day or two before limited drops. No warehouse stock, no stale beans. You’ll see the roast date hand written right on your bag.

We always recommend whole beans for maximum freshness, but if you need your coffee ground, you can request it at checkout. Just let us know your primary brewing method. We can accommodate grind requests up to 24 hours after your order is placed.

We offer a rotating selection of single origins, each designed for different flavor profiles and playstyles. From smooth and balanced to bold and dark.

Nope. Just 100% coffee expertly roasted for natural focus and energy without the crash.

Our coffee works great in drip brewers, pour-overs, french presses, and espresso machines although we prefer manual brewing methods. Visit our brew guides for more details on our recommended methods.

Keep it sealed in its original bag or an airtight container, stored in a cool, dry place. No fridge or freezer needed.

For peak flavor, enjoy within 4–6 weeks of the roasting date on the bag. After that, the coffee’s still safe to drink, but flavor will begin to mellow.

Because each order is roasted fresh, we can’t accept returns on opened coffee. If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know and we will make it right.
