If you’ve been wondering what we’ve been cooking behind the scenes (besides, you know…beans), the short version is this: we cashed in our experience points and just leveled up. A lot. And it’s finally time to share what’s been going on.
A Brand-New Roaster, A Whole New Game
For the past few months, our HQ has looked less like a calm coffee workshop and more like a boss fight arena. We purchased, installed, and fully dialed in an entirely new roaster. This massive upgrade lets us roast with more consistency, more control, and way more freedom to experiment.
It’s been a grind in the best way possible. More testing. More profiling. More late-night roast sessions.
Our New Website is Live
This probably goes without saying if you're reading this BUT we’ve also rebuilt the entire website from the ground up.
Faster. Cleaner. More immersive. Designed specifically around coffee + community, not clutter. From smoother navigation to modern features to a cleaner shop experience, the whole thing was designed with one thought in mind:

Weekly Coffee Drops
This is the biggest shift of all.
Until now, we were launching new coffee every few months in big, chunky drops. But with the new roaster and new workflow?
We’re moving to weekly releases of freshly roasted coffee.
Roasted, packed, and shipped faster than ever.
Still small-batch (2lbs to be precise). Tight quality control. No waiting months for new beans. A new era of consistent, fresh, handcrafted coffee is here.
